Now Mr.LLH Lee, a standin army was something common in great Brittan but was not liked- it made people un comfortable and showed the governments lack of trust for its people. looken here at your history, you bein a governor of Virginia and a calvary officer, what is your view on the idea of bringing that to America? would brings that to America be jeopardizing the civil liberties of Americans?
